Craftmaster Flavor Technology, Inc. was established in 1985 to fill the need for high technology maillard reaction flavors. Early success and innovation in this field allowed Craftmaster to grow. Today we produce a complete line flavors for any application. Our customers are in many diverse industries, such as: Baking, Confections, Dairy, Desserts, Food Service, Pet Foods, Pharmaceutical, Salad Dressings and Snacks - - to name a few.

The art of flavor creation, combined with the science of flavor technology in aromatics and reactions, coupled with unique equipment designs, has made Craftmaster a technologically oriented company.

A substantially large capacity for making maillard reaction flavors is provided by our facilities in Amityville, NY and Eldersburg, MD. In addition, our capacity for liquid and dry compounding, as well as in-house spray drying, make it possible for us to meet the needs of our customers.

Our Research & Development laboratory, with our experienced staff, is constantly looking to find the technology necessary to offer our customers the quality flavors they want. At Craftmaster, we pride ourselves in working with our customers to provide the exact flavor profile necessary for their application. One look at our extensive flavor library shows the variety that we offer. If a flavor is not on our list simply ask for it. We work with our customers to find the flavor that best fits their needs.

Our flavors are either water soluble or oil soluble and are available in the forms of liquid, dry, or emulsions. They can be Natural, Artificial, N&A, Nature Identical or Natural WONF. Most of our products are certified Kosher or Kosher Parve.
